Something that makes her remember that it's not just something that's from one of her kids, but something that she will remember that it's from Erie. Use your "noodle" What does your Mom enjoy? If she is into scrap booking, make a small project of you and her. If she's into sewing ... make her a pillow. Take a look at the things she enjoys and build on that.
